Dear CNC,

Memorial weekend 2011, I took my pontoon boat out of the garage, and backed it down the driveway with the motor down. When I got to the blacktop, I busted the lower unit on my 50 hp 4 stroke motor. On Tuesday I called CNC and Jeff in service told me to bring it right out. By Wednesday they had it torn down and the insurance adjuster was there to inspect it. Fred took the lead in negotiating with the insurance company and everything was resolved quickly and a replacement motor was purchased within 10 days. Fred kept me updated on their progress and I believe I got the best service I could have possibly gotten. I missed only one weekend on the water and it probably would have been less than that if CNC didn't have to deal with the insurance company. Thank you CNC, for a great job. "I became a boat owner back in 2004 purchasing an Alumaweld Stryker with an inboard jet package at Camp & Cruise. The boat performs wonderfully in every season. Recently, I began wearing out tires on the trailer. After taking it in, Fred diagnosed the problem (a bent axle) and worked with my insurance company for the repair. The CNC staff is friendly, people oriented, a pleasure to work with and very capable. Great job Camp & Cruise! "

"I called to see 2 boats that were used and in storage . They dug them out of the snow so i could see them.I decided on one and told them i could come on a Monday to pick it up .Due to an on coming snow and ice storm i picked it up on the saturday before.The people showed me all the things i needed to know and spent time answering all my questions ."

"On a trip to Grand Traverse Bay this fall, I had some unfortunate mishaps with my Ranger 520. My trolling motor was destroyed and the boat sustained some very deep scratches down the drivers side. I brought my boat to Camp and Cruise, and they began to asses and work on resolutions right away. In no time, they had a quote to my insurance company...all the time keeping me updated as they dealt with my insurance. The quality of work and thier professionalism surpassed my expectations. The scratches aren't visible at all, even in the sunlight. The replacement Minnkota Fortrex ROCKS!!! Thank you SO MUCH Camp and Cruise for taking good care of my pride and joy!!!
